Deliverance Church Umoja Enterprise, DELCUE was founded in 2003 as a fellowship. In the year 2005, it was launched as a Co-operative Society. It was later re-launched in 2018 with a fresh mission and vision to reflect the evolving needs of members. DELCUE holds annual AGM meetings during which numerous issues pertaining the member’s interests and growth of the organization are discussed.
Bishop Dr J.B Masinde is the patron of DELCUE. He has provided great support and guidance towards establishing a firm financial foundation and development of the society.
DELCUE’s source of income is interests on loan advanced to members and dividends from shares purchased on various counters at the stock exchange.
DELCUE is working to position itself to provide excellent financial services to its members.
DELCUE works closely in consultation with the ministry of Co-operatives and other stakeholders.

Since inception, Delcue Sacco has grown tremendously. Here are some of our key milestones.
Delcue is founded as a fellowship.
Delcue Sacco launched as a Co-operative Society.
First AGM is held and performance metrics shared with members.
In 2018 Delcue Sacco is re-launched with a fresh mission and vision to reflect the evolving needs of members.
We are proud about some of our key achievements as a Sacco.
In 2005 we got awarded certificate of registration.
In 2010 we entered into partnership with capital consultants who have become our products and services development consultants.
In 2015 we hit 300+ member registration.
In 2017 we hit Kes 150M mark in our portfolio.
Delcue Investments Sacco is managed by a qualified and trustworthy board. The members are all vetted to the required standards of integrity, experience and qualifications.
DELCUE SACCO is a Savings and Investments Society under Deliverance Church Umoja (DCI-U) formed in 2005. DELCUE SACCO is regulated by Sacco Society Regulatory Authority (SASRA).
